Today I'm going to talk about one of the most famous cyclist in all the world his name is Lance Edward Armstrong He won seven consecutive wins of the Tour de France between 1999 and 2005However, on June 13, 2012 he was accused of systematic doping by the United States Anti-Doping Agency (USADA), In 2012 the USADA finally decided to take away the seven victories by dopingl, He was a legend foy many years but at the end he just was deception.

Today I will talk about a serie it is called Black Lighting, It's a serie about a super hero and his family it's a DC super hero this series is transmitted by Netflix, currently it have 2 seasons, the main character is Cress Williams as Black Lighting, this serie was premiered on january 16 of the current year.
In my personal opinion this is a very good serie, and of course i recomend you.

Today I  will talk about a record that a woman did it was the world record for ground speed in cycling. this record was broken by Denise Mueller-Korenek He rode a custom bicycle at an average of 296 km/h in  Utah, USA, on September 16 of 2018.at firt she get  that speed thanks to a car, but afterwards she has to pedal on its own.

This serie is named "Ash vs Evil dead" this is a horror comedy  about a man who have to fight whit demons and spirits who wants control the world,but he dont fight alone, he have two partners, Pablo and Kelly, since the beging of the story they figth together, this is an interesting serie  and very bloody, it is one of my favourites series, I dont know in which platform you can see it.

Today I will talk about my personal dislikes, there are many things that dislike me, one of those things is Football .
I dont like football, may are you saying why? well. when I was a child, I used to play football like a normal kid but with the time stoped to play it because i was the worst player so when the other kids were going to play they never chose me, so I decided practice others sports like basketball or volleyball but I was as bad as when I play football, so for years I stoped to play or do exercise and I got fat, until I started to practice cicling and now I'm so happy!

Today I want to share whit all of you a trip that I did at the beginning of the year, it was an academic practice to San Agustin - Huila in this town there are much statues,those statues were made by indians hundreds of years ago. this is a beautiful town whit many touristic places where you can go and learn about the story of Colombia, is cheap go there so you dont need much money and you can go when you want.

Today I want to write about cycling, My favorite cyclist is Nairo Quintana, He is not the best cyclist right now I  know, The best cyclist curently for my is Chris Froom, he wins all the races where he runs, but Nairo did a big diference in the colombia cycling, He was the firt men in Colombia in win 2 of the 3 great races, He won the "vuelta españa" and " Giro de Italia, currently Nairo is not in his best moment but he will win the "Tour de francia" in the nexts years

Today I want to write about my favourite super hero, It's not a MARVEL hero, It's a DC  hero, his name is.... FLASH, some friends say "there are super heros more powerful than Flash" and it's true I know but since I was a child Flash was my favourite super hero, as you can see in the photo. But why? well he is the fastest super hero in the DC universe in spite of his enemies, he can run around the world in just a second. it's all for today, bye!

1. it has the perfect portion, it's medium, if you are are hungry you can enjoy one or two portions and always you could eat all the pizza.

3. It's cheap , all the people can buy a piece of pizza

Today I want to show you a trip that I did last week,

I went to lerida - Tolima to participate in a bike race, it was a crossing around lerida, I traveled with a friend in his car, we arrive early in the morning, the race started at 8:oo, Until the middle of the race I felt fine, it was a Climbing chrono I won in the climb, and my friend was second, In the rest of the race I had at least 6 falls, I was very very tired I just wanna arrive to the finish, some people pass me, but I was so tired and felt a terrible pain in my legs. my legs was bleeding, when  I arrive to finish I could lie down in the floor, I finished in the general table in the fifth place.






This photo was taken some minutes before started the race, That was another big experince for me.

some weeks ago our teacher gave us a book to read the book was called Black Cat an other stories I  did another publication about that book with my reactions about it, 

first that all Sergio and me talked about the stories of that book then, we started to do the comic, we draw the comic about "Black Cat" and it was our work...

we are not the best painters, I know, but we try to do our best and it was the result, then, we had to explain the story in front of all the class, also we listened the stories of our parners and it was all, I think that all did a good job. bye

Today i am going to talk about cycling, it is a definition of cycling :

"Sport or exercise that is practiced by bicycle and that encompasses various modalities, such as road, mountain and track; In the cyclists' tests one competes in speed, skill or resistance"

Cycling is a sport that each person can practice regardless of your physical condition, but only few people can do  it professionally.
In each professional cycling team the cyclists have an important role, this is to help your team leader, those roles are:

The squad leader:
he is the best cyclist of the team, he must work more for the goal than the rest of the team, he is the most complete of the squad and is also the one who makes the function of coordinating




Co-leader:
share responsibilities with the leader,  he always has to be attentive when needed, in addition to serving as the gregarious boss of the squad also can  take the place of leader if the squad leader is on bad  physical conditions



Gregarious:
Cyclists who must sacrifice themselves for their boss, protect them and help them in hard times they are also in charge of carrying liquids and supplies to his partner   Their work is very important in road cycling, because those who aspire to victory need them.




The sprinters:
 the sprinter is a specialist. He needs the pitchers to be taken to his wheel until the last meters of a stage so that he can get cooler to the finish line. Its main characteristic is the explosion in the final meters.

Today I want to talk about movies 🎭
The movie of today is named "freedom writers" it is a drama movie about a teacher and their students, Erin Growell is the new teacher of the institute Wilson Classical in Long Beach, this is a very good movie y recomend it of course, all the people that want to be teacher need watch this movie.

the film tells the life of a teacher and her students who live in very poor neighborhoods, many of them fight to live and have seen their friends die and the teacher comes to change their lives.

The moral of this movie is that we can't give up, we have to fight to change this world and  change people, teachers can be this world a better place for every one, a teacher can change the mind of people, Students should value the effort of our teachers, sometimes we can see all the effort that they do what we could learn

 Everyone of us love music, music  is: "Art of combining sounds in a temporal sequence according to the laws of harmony, melody and rhythm, or of producing them with musical instruments." 
All the people love a song, some songs represent our feelings for that reason we love an especific song or an especific musical genre.

My favorite musical genre is Rock Classic, my favorite band is THE BEATLES I love their songs, one of them is YELLOW SUBMARINE I love that song it was an English rock band it was recognized as the most successful band in history, formed in Liverpool, it was constituted by  John Lennon, Paul McCcartney, George Harrison and Ringo starr.

Too I listen other musical genres like:

Salsa
Heavy metal
Electronic
pop, etc.

Today topic is about video games, I love video games although I don't have any  XBOX or PS console 😔
I remember the first video game that I played, it was HALO, it's a great game, currently I play HALO but it isn't my favorite game, my favorite game is RESIDENT EVIL IV  it is a fantastic game, it was developed by CAPCOM, it is an action and survival horror game, their main characters are Leon S. Kenedy he must rescue to Ashley Graham she is the President's daughter.

For my it is the best game in the RESIDENT EVIL saga, I had played  RESIDENT EVIL 1,2,3,4,5,6 (and other like RE REVELATIONS) and I think that is the best game, it has the best storyline, the best characters and the best enemies, I had finished this game two times and now writing about that game, I want to play it again.

My favourite sport is Cycling 🚲, I think that is the best sport in all the world .
I practice this sport Two years ago,
Before I started to practice clycling, I was a fat boy and now if yow know me you can see the differences 😂

All started when my parents didn't have money to give me for  go to the school (I lived far from the school) in consequence i had to go to school with my bike, I arrived to the school really tired, then of a year when I had a better fisical condition I participated in cycling race that a cycling team was organising and I decided to competed, I finished in the trid place, and the president of the team said me " do you want to train with us" and I said " yes!"

Currently I had competed in a lot races in all the deparment, I left cicling for some months for reasons of study and health but now I am back, ready to start again
